Director Harriet Macauley, InDance International are excited to be building a new production team for the realisation of several Dance & Tech Films from Autumn 2020. About Equal Arts Micro-learning: Equal Arts is a European Cooperation Project (Erasmus KA210) designed to address gender equality in leadership and management roles across the performing arts, dance and media sectors. At its heart, the project turns real sector experience into practical digital learning tools that VET trainers and educators can use immediately. Our Equal Arts micro-learning series was created to name that reality and to start changing it. Bite-sized, reflective, and grounded in real experience, each module puts a woman working in the performing arts at the centre of the learning. Part 1: Skill Up Success and Opportunity Female Leadership, runs Tuesday 15th September, 5–6pm CET, in Italian/English. Part 2: InDance International’s “Dance Longer, Grow Stronger: Building a Sustainable Career in Dance,” follows on Thursday 17th September, 6–7pm CET, in English/Spanish. Part 3: turns the spotlight on Bruiser Theatre Company with Promoting Work Theatre: Beyond the Spotlight, a livestreamed panel discussion airing Tuesday 22nd September, 4–5pm (Irish Standard Time/BST) in English on YouTube, and Facebook Live. IDI & HARRIET MACAULEY STANDING STRONG AND READY FOR 2023!!

This year, 2022 was a remarkable year for myself and the team, and we were able to begin to bond as a community, to continue our vision for the development of Association InDance International. Thank you, Team Triplicity and Duality. We will continue to expand our existing performance works, and reach for new inspiration in the United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Serbia and Internationally.
